Cancellation Policy:

At our salon, we do not over book appointment to prioritize punctuality and ensure that our clients receive the high-quality service they deserve. To achieve this, we strictly adhere to our appointment booking policy.

Cancellations without a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the services we reserved for you. This fee applies to the first three late cancellations, after which it will be 100%. Rescheduling is not available within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

No-shows or Booking a wrong date or time will incur a full charge of the service price.

We cannot make any exception to this policy. We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. However, we have scheduled staff members to work exclusively during your appointment time and guarantee their salaries for that period. Without the cancellation fee, we would be forced to overbook or increase the service prices for all other clients to cover these expenses, which we have committed not to.
